Conducted desk research and a series of interviews to understand the emerging industry shifts since the start of pandemic. Expert interviews in 5 key industries – manufacturing, logistics, retail, entertainment and workstyle – provided a first-hand insight as to what to expect in the future.

Outcome
I created three cross-industry keywords that summarise the post-Covid industry shift as well as the opportunity areas for each industry. The final delivery included the full research report and I made a presentation to over 100 audience members.
