Approach
Planned and facilitated a one-day co-creation workshop to create new ideas with 3 experts in family relationship from various backgrounds. Together with the client design team, we defined 3 core concepts that came out from the workshop. I then designed a validation interview with potential users in order to test the 3 concepts.
